- Raspberry leaf does not taste like raspberries! It has a flavour akin to green tea, with subtle vegetal notes and a slight bitterness.
- Whole leaf peppermint is sweeter and with a more intense mint flavour compared to a traditional tea bag.
- In combination, they have a sweet and herby taste, with a thick mouthfeel. It can help digestion and your body to prepare for labour.
- We don’t recommend adding milk or sugar, but follow your cravings and personal taste!
- Use 1 whole leaf tea bag, per 300ml cup.
- Add freshly boiled water.
- Brew for 3-5 minutes, depending on your taste.
- Remove bag from cup, and keep in a small dish by your kettle.
- Re-brew your bag, and just leave it in the cup for a little longer.
- Relax and take a moment with your cuppa.
- There are 15 whole leaf tea bags in each box.
- They are made from corn starch and are 100% plastic free and biodegradable. It's best to put them in your food bin once you've finished with them as they will take many years to decompose on a home compost.
- The inner bag is also 100% plastic free and biodegradable, made from paper! It's also best to go in your food bin.
- You could compost the box, but it's better to recycle this as it's cardboard!

We offer a no quibbles return policy on all items purchased from YogaStudioStore.comWe want all our customers to fall in love with their chosen items. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible and return within 30 days of purchase.
All returned items must be unused and in their original condition with garment tags attached. Yoga mats, props and all equipment must be in their original cellophane and/or branded wrapper for returns to be accepted. If any products have been removed from their wrapper, we are unable to accept a return.
Returns for Custom Items -
Unfortunately for all custom and personalised products such as Yoga Mats, Bricks & Blocks we don't offer a refund unless the their is a fault with the product.

Shipping on all UK Mainland orders over £30 is free of charge.
For orders under £9.99 the delivery charge is £2.95
For orders from £10.00 to £29.99 the delivery charge is £3.95
Standard delivery times are 2-4 working days, Next Day delivery is available on our checkout for £6.95

Shipping for Custom Items -
All custom and personalised items take between 12-13 working days from when the order and vectored artwork has been received. If you choose to have next day delivery on a custom product then this will be sent using the next day service after the 12 working days for production.
